Grown from Hearthstone Communities, Hearthstone Hospice is a home care network based in Rochester, Michigan, and built on the idea that healthcare should feel personal. When our founding team saw a need for hospice care delivered with that same level of attention, they built Hearthstone Hospice to fill it.
Our team includes nurses, physicians, social workers, spiritual counselors, and support staff who each bring specialized expertise to a shared mission — making sure patients and families feel supported, informed, and cared for at every step.
